It stands out for its technical excellence and application of both national and international best practices in treating animals affected by oil spills and other environmental crises. The company is internationally recognized for its infrastructure and expertise in planning, managing and responding to wildlife emergencies during environmental incidents. To date, Aiuk\u00e1 has participated in over 50 events worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aiuk\u00e1 is a founding member of the Global Oiled Wildlife Response System (GOWRS), an international network made up of 10 organizations whose aim is to improve global preparedness for responding to incidents involving fauna. Aiuk\u00e1\u2019s professionals are also part of the international rescue teams of International Bird Rescue (IBR) and the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company has three operational hubs located in Praia Grande, S\u00e3o Paulo; Rio das Ostras, Rio de Janeiro; and Lima, Peru. Its acquisition strengthens OceanPact\u2019s presence in the environmental consulting and emergency response market, expanding the group\u2019s capacity to undertake projects focused on environmental protection and resilience.
