HISTORY

HISTORY

EnvironPact was founded in 2008 by three independent partners who worked under contract partnerships with OceanPact. EnvironPact’s original mission was to provide high-quality technical consulting services customized to the needs of its clients.

At that time, EnvironPact operated in environmental control and prevention of risks to operational safety and the environment. The portfolio expanded with the partnership with OceanPact when EnvironPact also began offering emergency preparedness and management consulting services.

In 2011, we became O’Brien’s do Brasil. About a year later, O’Brien’s Response Management formed a joint venture with Witt Associates, becoming Witt O’Brien’s do Brasil, expanding the range of services and products offered to our clients. In 2023, OceanPact fully acquired Witt O’Brien’s USA’s stake in the joint venture Witt O’Brien’s do Brasil.
