Ana Lyra is an environmental engineer with a master’s degree in Ocean Engineering and a master’s degree in Leadership and People Management. Ana has over 15 years of professional experience, having held management positions in Environment, Emergency and Crisis Management and Sustainability. She joined the OceanPact group in 2011, where she was in charge of implementing systems that involved cultural change in significant clients, such as Petrobras and Vale, leading teams in emergency management of national significance and was also in charge of building the company’s Corporate Sustainability Department. She is currently responsible for the Sustainability Department, which encompasses the various services related to this topic in scenarios of different levels of maturity, as well as for environmental studies and projects linked to licensing processes.
