Caroline Cascaes has a degree in Oceanography and approximately 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She coordinated seismic environmental studies (EAS) in the Santos, Campos, Espírito Santo, Jequitinhonha, Sergipe-Alagoas, Potiguar, Ceará, Pará-Maranhão and Foz do Amazonas Basins. She coordinates environmental projects focused on seismic, drilling and production activities (well intervention), including pollution control (PCP), drilling waste management (PGRAP), environmental monitoring (PMA), marine biota monitoring (PMBM), passive acoustic monitoring (PMAP), fluid and cuttings monitoring (PMFC), environmental education (PEAT) and social communication (PCS). In addition, Caroline is involved in projects implemented under the Macro Plan, such as the Vessel Traffic Monitoring Project (PMTE), Aircraft Traffic Monitoring Project (PMTA), Sociospatial Worker Monitoring Project (PMST) and the Transportation and Disposal of Inputs and Waste Monitoring Project (PMIR).
