Claudio Mandarino is a lawyer, with a postgraduate degree in Environment and over 15 years of experience in the offshore area, developing different activities within the scope of Environmental Licensing for Oil and Gas, including coordination and management of environmental projects. He has experience in developing Environmental Studies and implementing Environmental Plans and Programs for offshore licensing. Implementation and coordination of PCAPs – Fishing Activity Compensation Project in the States of Pernambuco (06 municipalities), Espírito Santo (03 municipalities), Rio de Janeiro (07 municipalities) and Rio Grande do Norte (02 municipalities). In addition, he has experience working as a Project Manager at Ecology /WSP, managing licensing and implementation of offshore projects, with a focus on seismic. He coordinated and managed mandatory environmental projects for seismic research, such as the Environmental Education Project for Workers, Pollution Control Project, Social Communication Project, Marine Biota Monitoring Project and Passive Acoustic Monitoring Project, among others.
