Fabrizio Fernandes is an environmental engineer with a postgraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering, an MBA in Project Management and an MBA in International Administration from UPMF – Grenoble, France. He has over 15 years of professional experience in Process Safety Risk Analysis, Project Risk Management and Corporate Risk Management. He has experience in the following Studies: What If, Hazard Identification (HazId), Hazard or Operability Analysis (HazOp), Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA) and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA). He is certified as a PMP (Project Management Professional) and PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional), both by the PMI (Project Management Institute) with extensive experience in Large Capital Projects in the Oil and Gas industry. He specializes in project risk management, using Monte Carlo simulation methodology (Primavera Risk Analysis and @Risk) and in corporate risk using the COSO methodology and ISO 31,000.
