Felipe Carvalho is a biologist with a master’s degree in Vertebrate Biology and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering with an MBA in Business Management. He is an experienced professional in leading multidisciplinary projects, with an emphasis on customer service, product and team management, financial results and new business development. With knowledge of the electricity, mining and oil sectors, he brings competence in coordinating various studies and process management. He is a specialist in environmental studies, management of conditions, licensing and environmental education and in management and response processes for emergencies, crises and business continuity, always maintaining an approach focused on solutions and organizational resilience. He led the creation of strategic documents, plans and the implementation of emergency and crisis management processes in major mining companies, including the development and implementation of APELL programs. This role involved coordinating several stakeholders, from clients, regulatory agencies and the local community. He also managed projects focused on emergency and crisis training, preparation of technical and normative documents, exercises and simulations and developing reports and presentations.
