José Pizzorno is an oceanographer and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental and Forestry Sciences, with over 25 years of professional experience in environmental consulting, focused on the oil and gas industry and marine and coastal environments. José has a strong track record of participating in several environmental studies, covering seismic, drilling and production, port activities, optical cables and onshore and offshore wind power. He has extensive experience in developing research projects with marine mammals and assessing environmental impacts. He is a member of the NGO Instituto Aqualie, an institution focused on marine mammal research.
