Natália Saisse is a biologist with a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and an MBA in Business Management. Having worked in the environmental field for over 15 years, she was invited in 2018 to develop the Environmental Department at EnvironPact, mainly due to her experience in studies and projects related to oil and gas activities, both in regions that are typical of the oil and gas industry and in more ecologically sensitive areas such as the Brazilian Equatorial Margin. In recent years, in addition to coordinating environmental studies, she has been managing the implementation of environmental projects that are conditions for licensing, including projects under the Macroregional Plan. As she is seen as a reference for issues related to exotic species (sun coral), she is also the manager responsible for implementing the Sun Coral TAC (FUNBIO) in Ilha Grande Bay/RJ and for all projects related to this topic. She also works on preparing technical and commercial proposals, monitoring and evaluating the results and financial indicators of projects and developing and training the team
