Raphael Oliveira is an oceanographer with a master’s degree in Energy Planning with an emphasis on Environmental Planning. He has led projects to implement incident management systems such as ICS (Incident Command System), including the execution of training and simulations in various institutions. In addition, he participated in the management and execution of a logistics project for out-of-scale equipment used in oil spill emergencies (blowouts), both in Brazil and in French Guiana. He is an instructor of ICS methodology training, guided by the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) standard and an instructor of Oil Spill Response training in the IMO standard, courses accredited by Nautical. Institute. Throughout his career at EnvironPact, he has had the opportunity to participate in and execute response management actions in major environmental incidents that have occurred in Brazil, such as the collapse of the Mariana/MG and Brumadinho/MG dams and in other national emergencies, as well as in Mozambique.
