Tatiana Jordão holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Crisis Management/Applied Communication from the University of Denver/CO. She served as Executive Director of Crisis Response – Gestão de Crises e Planos de Contingência, a consulting firm specializing in Crisis Management, serving public and private companies. With over 25 years of experience, she has worked as a technical project manager in several industries, including civil aviation, aerospace, hospitality, food production, animal feed production, reforestation, ports, airports, electrical energy, civil defense, construction and space weather. She has been a professor of Crisis Management at ITA since 2004 and gives lectures and workshops at public and private institutions. Tatiana Jordão has received training and certifications in Crisis Management, Disaster Management, Family Assistance in the Event of Accidents and Emergency Management from IATA, NTSB, the International Red Cross, ICAO and ANAC.
